Why do I need gear?

For your protection! Kenpo Karate is a contact activity, and the Dojo wants to make sure our students get the maximum learning benefits from Kenpo without suffering any serious injury. 

How do I join the instructor Training Program?

Membership for these programs is by invitation only.  This is for the serious student wanting to learn How to Teach.  Students chosen for these programs must have shown an outstanding attitude and performance in class, the endorsement of their instructor, and the support to their parents.

What does Kenpo Karate translate into?

Kenpo = Law of the fist. Karate = Empty or open hand
